We put our promise of quality behind every item we sell and will perform a complimentary repair on all handmade pieces for up to one year. We also provide a wide selection of jewelry and watches from some of the most reputable names in the industry and honor all vendor warranties.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders:
NAGI Jewelers offers free FedEx® Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping for all online orders of $300 or more, delivered within the continental USA. Delivery times of FedEx Ground & Priority Mail shipping can range from 1-5 business days depending on your proximity to our store in Stamford, CT. Please keep in mind, we do not control the Mail or FedEx. Ground and Priority Mail orders are typically delivered within 1-5 business days. Fedex 2-day and Overnight services may not be guaranteed by the courier during high volume shipping periods; especially as the Holidays approach.
We strongly encourage you to track your shipment, keep a close eye on it, and check the delivery status, especially due to the current logistics and shipping environment.
We also offer all other FedEx Express services including overnight and Saturday deliveries, which will be made available with outlined costs upon checkout. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us to be sure your purchase is delivered on time. These specialized services may be impacted and not guaranteed during heavy volume shipping periods such as Holidays.
All purchases are fully insured to cover the potential loss/theft or your item. FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries from NAGI Jewelers. Please do your best to insure an adult will be available to sign and receive the package. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx location for later pickup, or delivery to a work address, please let us know. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you would like to have your order delivered to a P.O. Box, please contact us.International Orders:
The cost of international shipping and insurance will be outlined upon checkout.
In order to speed international delivery, NAGI Jewelers uses highly discounted rates from UPS for most international orders. The shipping costs are normally $49.00 for UPS International (items valued up to $450 with 6-10 business day arrival time) and $69.95 UPS Express (5-7 business day arrival time), and $95.00 for UPS Express Plus International (3-5 business day arrival time).
Additionally, customers will be responsible for paying taxes and/or duties on international shipments.
Important: If international delivery is made incomplete for any reason, including, but not limited to refusal to pay duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country, the buyer will incur and be responsible for any return shipment fees which will be far greater than the original discounted shipping fees we charge to get the item to you. (International return shipment rates can be between $250-$300)

- Duties and Taxes are collected upon delivery to the recipient. This is an additional cost and is out of our control.

Timing:
We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 1-3 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 5 business days to be shipped.
We aim to ship on the same day the item is purchased (assuming immediate, in-stock availability); however, there are a number of circumstances (including out-of-stock status, a ring size that must be ordered, late-in-the-day purchase, etc.) that will necessitate a later shipping date.
Our shipping department is open from 10am-4pm EST from Monday through Friday. Generally, we need to receive an order before 2pm EST from Monday through Friday, in order to ship it through FedEx® Overnight to arrive the following business day.
If you have purchased multiple items, they may be shipped separately if they are not all available immediately. In this case, FedEx® will require a signature for each package delivered.
We will do everything that we can to meet any delivery requirements that you may have. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests or questions.
Availability:
Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection, rarity of some items, variety of ring sizes or colors, and high demand, some items shown as “in-stock” may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via email that your item will be special ordered. An estimated delivery date will be provided and your order will be processed upon your confirmation.
Taxes:
Connecticut residents are subject to any applicable CT sales taxes.
Product Descriptions:
Some products that we sell may appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site. The color and size of the display of a product may vary depending on the type of computer monitor you use and its settings. We have taken the best measures possible to accurately portray our watches and jewelry online.
Product Pricing for Online Purchases:
Our prices are subject to change without notice. We do not negotiate prices on products we offer online. We use our best efforts to ensure that the product details and the price of our products online are displayed accurately. However, some typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors on our website, including pricing errors. We do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Online Purchase 30-Day Return Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from NAGI Jewelers. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase from this site, we will accept merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Merchandise will be accepted for exchange, store credit (with one-year expiration), or refund only when accompanied by all boxes, paperwork, laboratory reports, warranty certificates, and associated component parts, such as bracelet links, screws, etc.
At our discretion, we may authorize a return outside the 30-day time frame, and it may only be processed as a store credit.
FINAL SALE items:
Special Order & Custom Order items are Final Sale and may not be returned.
Special Order and Custom Order items include but are not limited to: Any item currently not in our stock which must be obtained from a manufacturer, brand, or vendor. As well as items ordered in a non-stock size, any item which must be altered from its original design (i.e. a bracelet shortened or a ring sized).
Items which have been worn, sized, engraved, or otherwise altered, as well as sale items, special order or custom items, may not be returned or exchanged.
All reduced price and “SALE” items are final sale and may not be returned.
All sized items are final sale. NAGI Jewelers is not responsible for an accurate ring size if it was not taken by us in our store.
We will accept an exchange if an item engraved by NAGI Jewelers was not engraved with the letters specified in your order. We will correct the engraving and expedite its return to you.
The 30-day return policy outlined above applies only to purchases made online and does not apply to purchases made in our store.
Returns to our Store:
Merchandise purchased from this site may be returned in person to our store located at 828 High Ridge Road, Stamford, CT, during normal business hours.
Procedure for all other Returns:
Call (203) 964-0551 or email hello@nagijewelers.com to obtain a Return Authorization number and form. The merchandise returned must be received in saleable condition and be accompanied with copies of any email instructions received, the appropriate sales invoice, and all original packaging. Please remember to include the RA# on the outside of the package. Do not indicate anywhere on the package that it contains jewelry or anything of high value.
Merchandise shipped for return must be packaged securely and be shipped with a track-able method such as FedEx, UPS, or Priority Mail. We recommend insuring your package for the full purchase price. We cannot assume responsibility for compensation if a returned package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund or new item will be processed within a few business days.
All returned merchandise will be inspected by one of our staff to confirm that the original item has been returned and that it is in acceptable condition, free from damage, alterations, and wear. Returns without a Return Authorization number or merchandise that is improperly packaged will not be accepted for return.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: your geographic location, internet service providers, etc. We collect this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our site, showing content that we think might be of interest, and displaying the content according to user preferences. Nagi Jewelers Google AdWords and Remarketing Privacy Policy:
NAGI Jewelers uses all features of Google Analytics for display advertisers. That includes obtaining specific visitor cookie data, such as the source, medium and keyword used to visit our website. Google Analytics does not store any visitor specific data and we will not use visitor specific data in any way related to Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and remarketing.
We take our users’ privacy very seriously. We feel that certain personal information should always be kept private, so we’ve developed restrictions around the types of ads where we don’t allow remarketing. When creating remarketing lists, we can’t use any sensitive information about users. This includes information such as their financial status, sexual orientation, and other sensitive categories.
As AdWords advertisers, we are restricted from and will not perform the following actions:
(a) Running ads that collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) including, but not limited to, email addresses, telephone numbers, and credit card numbers

Definitions:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to NAGI Jewelers’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of NAGI Jewelers through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with NAGI Jewelers. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.
